Soft Skills in the Wild: Challenges in Multilingual Classification

The same poster was presented at two events during Swiss NLP Days (13–15 May 2025) in Winterthur: at the SwissNLP Expo, at the Idiap Research Institute academic booth together with Giuseppe Samo, and at the 10th Swiss Text Analytics Conference.
The work compares soft skills, hard skills and occupations in terms of both the surface and the semantic properties of their annotations, and as part of an automatic extraction task. See Soft Skills in the Wild: Challenges in Multilingual Classification.
